Meet Amber (left). You can usually find her trying to read on her Kindle while her 2 kids are climbing on top of her or explaining to her husband the latest unhinged BookTok theory. She loves reading cozy fantasy novels, checking books of the Gilmore Girl Reading Challenge, and catching up on the most popular books of the 2010s (the entire decade, if we’re being honest). She also recently learned how hard it is to transport a collection of over 800 books to the other side of the country.
Amber usually writes our book reviews for children’s books, smut books, and author spotlights (mostly because her secret power is finding all the theories, secrets, and obscure references any author has on the internet).
Meet Chantelle (right). She’s usually got at least 8 books checked out from the library at any time and is actively reading 50% of them. She loves reading young adult books, well-written thrillers, and any book with a happily ever after. She rarely reads physical books (the horror) and instead prefers reading off her phone or listening to an audiobook.
Chantelle usually writes our young adult book reviews, compiles the list for romance book tropes, and finds our book club picks.
