There’s something so satisfying and swoon-worthy about two people who get another shot at love after a painful separation. Whether it’s due to a misunderstanding, a betrayal, a tragedy, or simply life getting in the way, these couples have to overcome their past hurts and rediscover their feelings for each other.
To me, it just shows that love is worth fighting for.

Book 3: It Ends with Us
It Ends with Us tells the story of Lily Bloom, a young woman who has worked hard to overcome her traumatic childhood and build a successful career and life in Boston. She meets Ryle Kincaid, a charming and handsome neurosurgeon who seems to be everything she ever wanted. He is assertive, brilliant, and has a total soft spot for Lily. And the way he looks in scrubs certainly doesn’t hurt. Lily can’t get him out of her head. But Ryle’s complete aversion to relationships is disturbing. Even as Lily finds herself becoming the exception to his “no dating” rule, she can’t help but wonder what made him that way in the first place.
As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan—her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. He helped her survive her abusive father and escape to a better life. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened. She has to make a choice between the man who hurts her and the man who loves her.

She is shocked to see her ex-boyfriend Leo Grady among her clients, along with his friends who want to experience an adventure. Leo is a successful stuntman who has never stopped loving Lily. He is charming, daring, and has a total soft spot for Lily. And the way he looks in a cowboy hat certainly doesn’t hurt. Lily can’t get him out of her head. But Lily is still hurt by their past and wary of his profession. She blames him for breaking her heart and ruining her dreams and wants nothing to do with him.
But as they embark on a wild and hilarious trip through the canyons of Utah, they discover that there might be a real treasure hidden by Lily’s father and that they still have feelings for each other.
